FR. 545, SN 5247 Nice 1882 survivor and one of only two $20 Date Backs available from this tough bank in Clarion County. Its possible that it is the only $10 dateback as the other listed had no serial number and 99 as a grade which meant it was not seen. The bank itself is a tough bank with only 21 known large size. The People’s National Bank of East Brady, Pennsylvania, a town of less than 900 in the 2020 census and located in Western PA along the Allegheny River
