This Sanitary Cheese Preserver has instructions on the lid. This is made of heavy clear glass. The lid is imprinted with Sanitary Cheese Preserver Remove Lid Daily Place Third Pint Vinegar and One TBS Full Salt in Bottom Slightly Diluted with Water. The words are a little hard to read. It is 7-1/2" wide and about 5-1/2" high. The lid has a molded glass knob. Inside has molded glass dividers to keep the cheese off the bottom. It is in very good pre-owned condition.; This Sanitary Cheese Preserver has instructions on the lid. This is made of heavy clear glass.
