It depicts a vertical hunting scene, with eight horsemen standing on a mountainous terrain. Seven of them are shown armed with bows and white arrows, chasing a tiger, which has already been hit by two arrows and is positioned in the centre of the composition. The last figure observes the scene and his clothing suggests that he is a member of the nobility. In the lower part of the scene, a slender hunting dog has caught a small white rabbit in its jaws. Qing Dynasty (1644–1912).
