I used Golden QoR watercolor and Asian ink, poured on Mulberry rice paper. I Let the ink and color merge and blend, and it produced an abstract form. I let that color speak to me and did a Touch-up, creating a landscape that looked like sunset time. ARTIST BIOMing Franz is widely recognized for her ?splash? painting, which combines primary watercolor, Acrylic, and Chinese Ink. She has received a Grand Prize in the International Artist magazine.Franz was born in Taiwan, where she discovered her talent at an early age. She has traveled and studied art for decades and has become a sought-after instructor. Ming is a faculty member of the New Mexico Art League, a Signature Member of the New Mexico Watercolor Society, a Golden Paints and Silver Brush Companies Certified Artist and Educator, and a 2018 Albuquerque local treasure.
