This fabulous rendering of the stars is incomparable, and this poster is the first time it has been offered in an auction in many years or even decades.

There are pinholes around the borders and a few in the image. There is also tempera paint on the verso. This is a perfect restoration candidate.

Santa Fe Trail is an American Western/War film from 1940 directed by Academy Award winner Michael Curtiz and starring Errol Flynn and Olivia de Havilland. The film tells the story of two West Point graduates stationed at Fort Leavenworth in 1854, who encounter an abolitionist murderer and find themselves competing for the love of a woman.
