This is a rarity; we've found little evidence of it being offered in auction previously. It is the printer's proof for the soundtrack poster for the film with the famous Tom Jung artwork.

This printer's proof has mild edge wear and a small chip in the upper right corner. A pen mark in the upper right reads "OK."

Before a poster is printed in larger quantities, a limited number of posters are used as "test" posters. They would need to be shown to studio heads, marketing execs, and anyone needing to give approval. Often, they would leave the color bar on the edge of the posters, which added an extra inch to the width of the poster. Once these printer's test posters were shown to the various people in a position to approve them, the printer would print the full print run of the posters. A printer's test poster is far rarer than a regular poster.
