Description
This early pair of consecutively numbered, SP0024 and SP20025, Model 1873 single action revolvers are finely built and finished by Turnbull based on the iconic Colt Single Action Army. Classic blued 7 - 1/2" barrels stamped on the top flat with 2-line Turnbull addresses and blade front sights, tastefully engraved with foliate scroll at the breeches. Fluted 6-shot cylinders nicely engraved over each chamber. Frames are further engraved and finished in signature Turnbull case hardening, his encircled bull logo present on the left side. Grips are nicely oil finished 1-piece walnut. CONDITION: Excellent. Revolvers retain virtually all of their fine original finishes with faint handling marks. Grips are likewise excellent. Mirror bores. A wonderful, highly attractive pair.
