Description
Manufactured between January and August of 1944. Parkerized Inland barrel dated "44" with "N" marked milled front sight and "H.I." adjustable rear sight. Round bolt. Inland marked trigger group with push button safety and "M" marked magazine release. Walnut high wood stock marked "BR-B" for Milton Bradley and also with a strong ordnance wheel on the right. "RMC" marked 2 rivet top wood retained by a second style barrel band. Complete with sling, oiler and flat bottom "KI" magazine. Consignor notes this carbine was obtained from the estate of a WWII 101st Airborne veteran. CONDITION: Very good. Rifle retains the vast majority of its arsenal parkerized finish with some high edge silvering and scratches. Stock is especially fine with only light, scattered impressions. Good, bright bore with well defined rifling throughout. ME reads less than 1. Fine mechanics. No visible import marks.
