c.1946 This complete set of Colt Historical Prints were gifted to Jeff Milton, a Texas Ranger, and later Arizona Ranger. The set is complete and covers the Colt revolver from1836 to 1873 with prints of the 1836 Texas Paterson, the 1847 Walker, the Wells Fargo 1848, the 1851 Navy, the 1860 Army, and the 1873 Peacemaker. From Colt as a second printing. All are present in the original mailer, gifted to Mr. Milton in 1946. There are several newspaper articles detailing the exploits and trials as an Arizona law enforcement officer. He once shot three outlaws and wired Wells Fargo Agents: "sent two coffins and one doctor-Jeff". He received the governor's award for Meritorious Service in 1937. The prints measure 11 in. X 14 in.
