The lot includes 20 pieces. Most of them are stamped "Early Provincial Underglaze Handpainted Japan". The ceramic pieces display a rooster and flowers. First, there are two tall jugs and one teapot with lids. Next, there are four creamer jugs without lids. Also, there is a dual sugar container with two lids, and a single double-handled sugar bowl missing its lid. There is also another sugar container attached to a plate. Additionally, there is a small pedestal cake stand, a vase, a salt shaker, a cup, a timer, and a small basket. There is also a butter dish with lid, a tray, and a small sugar container which fits into the tray. Lastly, there is another ceramic basket with butterflies and flowers from another maker. The shortest piece measures 2 1/2" in height, and the tallest piece (tall jug with lid) measures 7 1/2" high. In width, the pieces range from 2 1/4" - 7 1/2" in diameter (excluding the tray). The tray measures 7 1/4" x 12 1/4". Some pieces have chips on the rims or handles. A few pieces have surface cracks, and many show crazing on the glaze. Please see photos for condition details.
