Ca. 400 - 300 BC.
A Greek Apulian black glazed fish plate with a gently sloping bowl and overhanging rim. The edges of the central depression and the rim are each decorated with a reserved band. The underside is reserved and grooved bands circle the broad ring foot and the convex central omphalos. For similar see: Christie's, Live Auction 3748, Antiquities, Lot. 70.
