A Roman glass patella comprised of translucent green glass. The patella is moulded with a flaring lip and an exterior with two convex curves. It is carinated on the interior, and set on an opaque ahdow green ring base. For similar see: Christie's, Live Auction 20087, Antiquities, Lot. 117.
