A fine Mesopotamian necklace composed from polygonal lapis lazuli and gold decorated with filigree beads. The blue and gold hues alternate across the composition and are connected with an Akkadian cylinder seal depicting a griffin with gold terminals. For similar see, British Museum Registration number 1928,1010.238.
