Paul Pascal (French, 1832-1903) Watercolor And Gouache on Paper, Ca. 1890, "Falconing", H 15.5" W 11" | Depicting falconers on horseback with a dog handler in the lead. Signed lower right "P Pascal". Matted and framed under glass, H 20.5", W 16.5". Provenance: From the Estate of Prominent Collector, Leon Zielinski, Macomb County, MI. DuMouchelle Art Galleries, 4-24-1994 lot #1999.
Condition
Contemporary professional matting and framing. Paper adhered to a cardstock backing. Three 1/4" tears, two in the upper left corner and one at the center right edge. Both tears obscured by the matting. A couple specks or foxing.
