After Pablo Picasso (Spanish, 1881-1973), 'Verre et Compotiere'. A rare pencil signed stencil that was hand embellished 1922. Stencil in colors on paper, no. 64 of 100 impressions. Pencil signed lower right and numbered lower left. Title and other notations to old Knoedler Gallery label to verso.
Note: Picasso Administration is aware of this work, contacted us and commented that it is a "Pochoir" technique work ...and more appropriately described as "after" per their guidelines, as should lithographs screen prints and engravings as they are not completely the handwork of Picasso

nice...Not examined out of frame. Very nicely framed in black lacquer moulding with mat and gilt filet. back has a cut out window in the back mat, to view the Knoedler label.
