American. 1930s. Tin, cast iron, wood. A well made folk art model traction engine pulling a sophisticated working model of a threshing machine. Both sit on the original plank display board with cradle to hold each in place. The traction engine is made from found tin, cast iron and wood. The threshing machine is made from wood. Traction engine: 13.5" x 7" x 17" (with handle extended). Thresher: 10" x 8.25" x 57".

All original and complete. The threshing machine retains its original painted surface with appropriate crazing. The conveyor track requires service, and the cast iron wheels are replacements.
