ABOUT THE ART

"Last year was a big year, we moved house and studio and have finally settled into these new spaces.

We thought we would begin the year with a timed release of "Monument". This painting is a companion to "Edifice", a print we released this time last year, but works just as happily on its own."

Set in Tokyo, this series mixes existing themes with new elements. The magnolia tree in "Monument" brings a natural softness to the starkness of downtown Tokyo. The delicate brushwork in the magnolia, for example, is beautifully captured in this print.

Printed using Epson SureColor P7070 & P9070 printers with archival quality inks onto Hahnemuhle Matt Fine Art Photo Rag, 100% Cotton. Our prints are produced by Image Science, specialists in archival fine art prints.
