A brace of 20th century German metalwares silver pheasants, mark of Ludwig Neresheimer & Company, Hanau, stamped with Halbmond und Reichskrone (Crescent and crown) and 925, together with London import marks for Sterling silver and untraced sponsor’s mark (JMR), the realistically cast and chased pair modelled as a cock (17cm from beak to tail) with wings down and hen (15cm from beak to tail) with wings outstretched, hollow bodies, 270.7g (9.5ozt) gross (2)
