A two-piece animal print bikini worn by Raquel Welch in the mystery film The Last of Sheila (Warner Brothers, 1973). The top has two ties, a halter neck strap and an adjustable under bust tie (both fabric cups are darted) and the bottoms have an elasticated waistline, both pieces are lined with a beige cotton fabric. The print is a novelty imperial pattern with peacocks, leopards, and Italian floral motifs. No size tags present.

Welch wore the bikini for her role as a movie starlet in the film that costarred James Mason and Dyan Cannon with a script cowritten by Anthony Perkins and Stephen Sondheim. The Last of Sheila is now considered a modern mystery classic and an inspiration for the recent blockbuster films Knives Out and The Glass Onion.
