Welch was photographed using the gold clutch on multiple occasions including in 2010 at the Carousel of Hope event at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA, as well as on April 9, 2011 at the John Wayne Cancer Institute's 26th Odyssey Ball & Show, also at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
