AN EARLY VICTORIAN SILVER WINE COASTER
by John Angell II & George Angell, London 1844, circular, the pierced sides with a rocaille and C-scroll rim above engraved scrolls, vacant cartouche, the turned wooden base with a silver roundel. 14.7cm diameter
The maker's mark is rubbed. The wooden base is a little loose. The turned-over silver edge of the base has a tiny split in it. No personalised engraving. In generally fair condition commensurate with age and use.
