Description
Three American Sterling Silver Tablewares, Early Twentieth Century. The first two both Gorham Mfg. Co., comprising a pierced sweetmeat dish, 1908, engraved initials "RL" in script, factory mark, year code for 1908 and pattern "6030A;" and a pierced pedestal bowl, late nineteenth century, factory mark, "ENGLAND" and pattern "KA1590;" and the third a pierced sweetmeat basket with swing handle, Redlich & Co., New York, New York, engraved initials "CB" in script, pattern "4634B." Together with a Victorian sterling silver caster, London, 1842, maker's mark obscured, marked beneath. (4) 27.54 troy oz. total Sweetmeat dish: H: 1 in., Diam: 9.5 in. Sweetmeat basket: H: 5 in. (to top of handle), W: 6.5 in., D: 6.5 in.
