Description
Six Blown Pattern-Molded and Cut Glass Vessels, Nineteenth Century. Comprising a New England pressed lacy cobalt blue glass bowl, 1830-45, pressed probably upside down with a central flowerhead pierced by two crossed swords alternating with V-shaped devices, the sides with alternating trellis diaper, star and heart cartouches on a stipped ground; a colorless blown three-mold diamond diaper-patterned salt cellar; two panelled glasses, one tooled with a border of short and long diagonal lines, and two finger bowls in purple and green glass. Cobalt blue glass bowl: H: 1.125 in., Diam: 4.5 in. Salt cellar: H: 2.875 in., Diam: 2.25 in. Tallest glass: H: 4.125 in., Diam: 2.125 in. Purple finger bowl: H: 3.5 in., Diam: 5 in.
