Description
Estate lot of two (2) unique handcrafted "Chapchas" ~ a type of Native American instrument used to create music ranging from percussion instruments such as drums, clapsticks and bells. Made from the toenails of goats or sheep, threaded onto a piece of fabric and leather and embellished with glass and brass beads bearing resemblance to that of a bracelet. Provenance ~ Acquired from The Estate of a member of the Seneca Indian Wolf Clan.
Condition: Good overall condition having normal surface wear. Estate fresh to the market.
