At it's heart lies a double emerald cabochon, an exquisite example far from the usual suspects measuring 18.11 x 13.46 x 8.66 mm. The emerald's top-level green color and good clarity exemplifies the highly desirable nature of Colombian beryl. Considered to be in good condition, due to the difficult nature of setting emeralds the jeweler who crafted this piece elected to secure it with adhesive. After inspection it appears this stone does not bear any notable pressure sensitive inclusions meaning it can likely be reset under relatively safe conditions if desired. The underside of the pendant displays a range of British hallmarks including a serial number of 1236.
