High forehead wood box minnow, c1905, finished in green crackleback with long red hand painted gill marks, 2 belly weights, twin unmarked spinners and all brass hardware. If not for a touchup/fill to a chip behind the left rear cup this rare bait would grade VG+/Ex- and is in much better condition than most, with minor flaking, hook marks, light wear/soiling and age lines. The rarely seen semi-tall box grades about Ex-, clearly stamped with a single number 0 on both ends.
