Diamond Ruby Sapphire 18k Yellow Gold Wild Rose Clip Brooch
A joyful, bright vintage gold clip brooch from our French brooches collection. You can see it as an exotic flower or a ripe berry. Either way, this brooch is a true piece of art made with perfection in mind. An opulent flower/berry part is underlined with delicate leaves set with diamonds. The tiny branch looks hyper natural that is a signature of the time of production. This vintage French brooch can be worn as a dress clip or a pendant.
This colorful flower pin was created in the 1970s. It is made of 18 karat yellow gold, emerald and diamond. The emeralds are cabochon with total weight approximately 5.50 carats, the diamonds are round brilliant and single cut (G-H color, VS clarity, total weight approximately 1.26 carats). Measurements: 1 ¾” x 1 ¼” x ½” (4.2 x 3 x 1.2 centimeters). Weight: 17.6 grams. This vintage pin is stamped with maker's mark JW and workshop PHE, French hallmarks for 18 karat gold, other 18k gold hallmarks, France for country of manufacture.
In great condition; wear consistent with age and use (please see pictures for details).
