4.8.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1184-The chairs are sturdy and have a nice weight about them, upholstery shows only some very light scattered dirt, fading and some spotting throughout, seat cushions sit firm, wood frames have only light wood wear, and minor rubs, all as commensurate with age and use
