Vintage 14kt It's A Girl Heart Charm/Pendant, Aquamarine & Pearl, 1960's, 3.13 grams, marked 14kt and tested. It is 1-1/8" tall with jump ring and 3/4" wide. It has a solid background with a twisted rope heart frame with lettering layered "It's a girl" set on the rope chain with a dove and a raised prong-set pearl and aquamarine. The aquamarine is appx. 2.5mm round and the pearl is appx 3mm. It is signed and marked on the back and also engraved KWE and with the date 3-23-67. Can be used as a charm or a pendant and a jeweler could likely buff out the engraving. Very good condition with very light wear. (INV. W6521.10X SS4951 J LD 6/16/21).
