Pair of outstanding cabinet figures of knights in silver, 19th century Hanau craftsmen. Neresheimer. They represent noble knights in all the details of battle attire. Both figures stand freely leaning on shields, with the appropriate heraldry of France and Prussia. The French knight in elegant armor is armed with a long two-handed sword, the German - with a chain morning star. His helmet with deer horns and the shape of the armor convey the character of the nation. A magnificent historical reconstruction of the atmosphere of medieval Europe worthy of the best offices.
