Description
A Kriegsmarine observer watch "B-Uhr" made by Lange & Söhne of GlashütteGilt 2/3 plate movement with manual winding calibre 48 and swan-neck fine adjustment, marked "A. Lange & Söhne" and "204652". Silvered dial face bearing the inscription "A. Lange & Söhne - Glashütte i.S.". Power reserve indicator on the "9" and small seconds hand on the "3", blued hands. Silvered case with matching numbers, the dust cover reads "... Fertiggestellt: Andreas Huber - München-Berlin". Navy acceptance mark stamped in the base above "204652" and "M 10903". Functional. Case diameter 60 mm. Includes a modern wooden storage box. According to the enclosed certificate/register extract of Glashütte dated 20 April 1944, the watch was supplied to the Deutsche Seewarte (German Hydrographic Office), Gesundbrunnen division.Condition: II
