An army officer's lion head sword with portepee, maker F. W. Höller, Solingen, model number 21Nickel-plated blade with double-edged point and maker's logo on the ricasso. Lion head hilt (remnants of gilding) with red eyes and oak leaf design in relief. The cross-guard with open winged national eagle. Black plastic wire-wrapped grip with portepee. Black lacquered scabbard with brown leather hanger. Without scabbard. Length 106 cm.Condition: II +
