An antique Japanese copper vase with polychrome ginbari cloisonne enamel decor. Late Meiji period, before 1912. Ovoid bottle shape. Purple and blue body with grapevine motif. High quality. Kanji hallmark on the bottom. Ginbari is a Japanese cloisonne technique when clear enamel is laid over a stippled silver layer applied to the copper sheet body. Collectible Oriental Asian Decor For Interior Design.
