Commissioned by Multiples, Inc., this portfolio provided an alternative way for contemporary artists to showcase their work. In lieu of objects, Artists & Photographs contained books, brochures, leaflets, and folders in various formats, which document the process and conceptual work of the featured artists.

Lot includes books, objects, prints, and other materials of various dimensions by artists including Mel Bochner, Christo, Jan Dibbets, Dan Graham, Douglas Huebler, Allan Kaprow, Michael Kirby, Joseph Kosuth, Sol LeWitt, Richard Long, Robert Morris, Bruce Nauman, Dennis Oppenheim and Ed Ruscha. This partial set of 17 works with original box designed by Dan Graham is from the edition of 1200 published by Multiples, Inc., New York.

This work will ship from Chicago, Illinois.

Works are in good condition with various degrees of wear and toning, commensurate with age and materials. Printed top of box is worn with some losses to image.
