GPAnalysis: No reported sales in this grade. Lowest-graded sale is a 2.0 that sold for $300 in 4/19.Another Tattered 24: Chamber of Chills #24, with its classic "hand-from-the-grave" cover, is notoriously impossible to find in high grade, with most copies resembling the rotting corpses depicted within. The CGC census shows 30 Blue Label copies, only two of which are graded higher than 6.5.

Since I've been trying to upgrade it for nearly a decade, I have to suspect that there is a scarcity of high-grade copies of it, for reasons completely unknown to me.
