In life's decline, her arduous duties done, She loves to seat her in the setting sun; And, in the dreaminess of age, recall The long succession of each once-loved face, And think upon their varying fortunes, all, Or nearly all, within the narrow place Of rest; submissively resigned To meet the fate prepared for all mankind.’ Condition: card finger marks, images good and strong Note: These 1850's views are of the village of Hinton Waldrist in Oxfordshire and are considered to be Williams's masterpiece. They were the subject of the book 'A Village Lost and Found', by Brian May & Elena Vidal, published 2009.
