Small Hamlet:
Oil on board laid to board. A few scattered losses scattered along the edges and in the corners. Edge wear. Incised line of missing paint across the 'P' likely intrinsic to creation. Tiny surface accretion on the mountains left center. Under UV light examination, a spot of retouch in the clouds upper left. Fluorescence due to the gesso layer showing through along the upper edge. No further condition issues to report.

Ranch Fencing:
Oil on board. Edge wear. Under UV light examination, spots of retouch throughout concentrated in the upper left corner, lower center and along the right edge. Retouch behind 'Grimm', some enhancement to the signature. No further condition isues to report.

Edge of Ranch:
Minor edge wear. Under UV light examination, fluorescence due to the underlying gesso layer along the upper and lower edges. No further condition issues to report.
