Chinese Kangxi Blue and White Underglaze Red Flower Porcelain Wash Pot. Potted with a shallow body, broad wide central interior, rounded mouth lip, thick and large, raised on three foot base. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in white base colour which contrast against blue and red colour, depicted of flowers bloom, grass and water plants. This inadvertently gave texture, energy, and shading to the design. The clay is very fine, with a brilliant glaze finish that was applied by a meticulous, the shape is uniformly proportion.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within blue ring lines.
