Vintage Leaf Fine Brooch, Tuquoise Plastic & Glass Rhinestones, Signed Lisner 1960's. Plastic egg shaped cabochons in pale blue plastic that are appx. 12.5mm by 10mm. There are 3mm and 2.5mm light blue rhinenstones set around the stones with an inner frame of silver tone leaves framing the inside of the brooch with a raised curved leaf accent on top. This is appx. 2" by 1.75". Signed Lisner on back. Locking clasp. Very good and very clean condition. Lisner stopped making jewelry in the 1980's. (W31624.7 SS13507 J LD 3/19/24).
