DIAL: Faint hairline, 5:00; Flakes in enamel, most concealed by bezel. HANDS: Minor oxide. MOVEMENT PLATES: Fine marks and scratches on plate; Minor spotting; Balance stud and regulator with specks of oxide. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Ticks briefly, needs service, circa 1865
