DIAL: Minor scuffs and fine scratches; Minor losses to paint; Tarnish. HANDS: Minor oxide and losses to blue. MOVEMENT PLATES: Fine scratches and pin pricks on plate; Ratchet wheel with very fine scratches; Ratchet wheel with localized oxide; Regulator assembly with minor oxide; Center wheel with scratches and marring from contact with ratchet wheel.
