Description
Antique Minton style, majolica ceramic compote in Robin's egg blue with gold highlights and three Cherubs with interlocking arms encircling the base, 7.75 in. height x 9.5 in. diameter. English registry and diamond shaped maker's mark incised on base under heavy glaze. Legible portion of the maker's mark appears to show the initials T.F. ? (possibly for Thomas Forester or T. Fradley?). Very good condition.
