Variously described as pen tray or oyster dish this piece is 7 3/4 in. long x 2 3/8 in. tall. Marked on bottom with impressed Pierrefonds logo (partially glaze filled) and shape number 578. The village is located near Paris, France. The P and H in mark stand for the village's name and the count's initial.
