Description

A Wehrmacht steel mess kit, 6.5 x 6 in., the exterior painted OD green. Complete with metal carrying handle and black leather strap, marked ‘Heino Petersen’. Scratched into the bottom is the name ‘Schmid’. Some wear to the paint with resultant rust on the lid. Very good.
