The larger flower is crafted of the open work gold petals with a line of diamonds staged in the middle. The smaller flowers comprise the heart shaped gold petals. Each petal is filled in with a four-prong set diamond. Despite being adorned with a generous number of diamonds, this vintage brooch is a classy and moderate looking piece. This stylish vintage brooch is made of 18 karat white gold and encrusted with Old European cut, transitional brilliant cut diamonds (H-I color, VS clarity, total weight approximately 3.96 carats). The vintage pin measures 1 7/8” x 2 ½” and weighs 29.7 grams. The French clip is stamped with French hallmarks for 18 karat gold and unidentified maker's mark.
