Undated, Lewis J. Sher, Cowboy Riding a Rodeo Horse (image approx 16 x 12 inches within a 20.5 x 16.5 inch frame). CONDITON: Fine; in a Near Fine frame with small stain to upper margin of linen. If you ever attended the Washington Square Outdoor Art Exhibit in Greenwich Village, you likely saw Joe’s work. He exhibited at the corner of 8th Street and Fifth Avenue and won many awards for his work there. His work always sold out.Biography: Lewis J.
