1920’s Rhodia Brasileira, Rodouro perfume launcher, matte gold finished canister with activation trigger, molded labeling front and back, with contents. *The perfume launcher appeared at Carnival in 1904, in Rio de Janeiro, and was quickly incorporated into carnival festivities becoming a symbolof Carnival. Originally imported to Brazil from its headquarters in France, in 1922 the first national perfume launcher was manufactured by Rhodia do Brasil, whose first factory was installed in the municipality of Santo André.
