History of the Netherlands, From the Death of William The Silent to The Twelve Years' Truce, 1609, in four volumes, John Murray, London, second edition, 1868; The Rise of the Dutch Republic: A History, Bickers & Son, John Bumps, et. al., London, 1875, in three volumes; The Life and Death of John of Barneveld, Advocate of Holland, with A View of the Primary Causes and Movements of the Thirty Years' War, John Murray, London, 1874, in two volumes. All with some wear, cracking and losses to the leather, corners bumped, tears to marble paper, pages all with some toning; History of the Netherlands volume I stamped and with pencil notation "bound by Kaufmann" on front endpaper; John of Barneveld notation in pencil on half title page of volume I; The Rise of the Republic holes punched through top corner and along bottom edge of pages on volume I, notations in pencil on front endpaper volume I.
