These are made in France and in very good conditon. trhe have three rows of clear rhinestones in a curved/domed curtcorner rectangular design that is appx. 2" wide and 1.5" tall. They have an open window look int he center with black background behind it and around it and ten two rows of clear rhinestones around that edge. Alls tones are present.
