Vintage Black & Clear Domed Blossom Brooch, 1950's-1960's, Aurora Borealis, 2.5". Six total blossoms with five making up the lowest tier with four black glass navette petals that are appx. 14.5mm by 4.5mm long with a center round aurora borealis stone that is appx. 4mm wide. The petals are arranged in a sprial design ont he bottom tier. The top tiereis set over a navatte base that also fits into the lower blossoms making it look like they have five petals. The top blossom has eight petals that point upward slightly from the center. Silver tone setting - prong set stones with closed backs and long locking clasp that is make into the undercarriage and not a yolk soldered pinback. This is listed in another venue by a different seller than myself as "Juliana verified" and offered at $74.99. Most Juliana jewelry is not signed - it came with a tag. I've been selling jewelry for more than twenty years and came across two pieces still having the tag. Closed backs and and atention to sturdy soldering. It is not signed or marked.
